  This is probably the best KFC in Townsville. The Chicken quality is always consistent and the cleanliness of the restaurant is alway 5Star. The staff are time conscious and serve in a manner that transmit respect and courtesy.
  
  *Side Note - as I was enjoying my lunch I couldn't help but hear the Area Manager talking to his staff. The way he was teaching his employees and taking the time to make sure every employee felt important and heard, really impressed me.
  
  If most business leaders communicated like this, I'm sure there would be even more successful businesses in our community.

  Prompt service, they have a screen with your order numbers on it to see your progress in the queue. It's KFC so the food is what is it. The store was clean and the staff were responsive, even gave us plenty of the refresher towels.

  Absolutely appalling service. Massive stuff up happened in the drive through yesterday afternoon, and I somehow ended up paying for the person behind me as well as my own order!?
  They took my details to 'contact me later' about their mistake. And I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous. The staff should be trained properly before being put on drive through.

  This KFC made me so sick, chicken was not even cooked. Chips were soggy, did not give sauce. I will never eat here again!
